Simple Real Estate is required to publish and make known to you its Standard Operating Procedures before you receive services from a licensed Simple Real Estate agent in New York State. 

Identification is not required from a prospective buyer in order to work with a Simple Real Estate agent.  However, you may be required to do so in order to enter certain buildings, certain open houses or certain showings as directed by a third party including a managing agent, property owner, sponsor/developer or another listing agent.

An exclusive buyer representation agreement is not required in order to work with a Simple Real Estate agent. 

Confirmation of a loan or mortgage pre-approval is not required in order to work with a Simple Real Estate agent. However, a third party including a property owner, sponsor/developer or other listing agent may require one prior to attending an open house or showing or receiving an offer from you.
